Booking & Treatment Policy

To ensure a seamless, professional and respectful experience, please take a moment to review the following policies before your appointment.

Reservations & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to secure your appointment. Payment may be made via a secure payment link or by bank transfer.

The advance payment must be received no later than one hour before the scheduled treatment time. If payment has not been received by this time, Wellness Rituals reserves the right to consider the appointment unconfirmed.

The remaining balance is payable on the day of the treatment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform Wellness Rituals as soon as possible.

In the event of a cancellation, any advance payment already made will be fully refunded.

If you wish to reschedule, the advance payment may instead be transferred to your new appointment.

Late Arrivals

Clients are kindly asked to be ready at the agreed appointment time.

In the event of a late arrival, the therapist will make every reasonable effort to provide the full treatment duration where her schedule allows.

Where this is not possible, the treatment will end at the originally scheduled time and will therefore be shortened accordingly. The full treatment price will remain payable, and no refund or price reduction will be provided for treatment time lost due to the client's late arrival.

Respect & Professional Conduct

Wellness Rituals provides strictly professional wellness treatments.

Any inappropriate, sexual, threatening, discriminatory or disrespectful behaviour towards the therapist will not be tolerated.

The therapist reserves the right to immediately stop the treatment and leave the premises if inappropriate behaviour occurs or if she feels unsafe at any point during the appointment.

Where a treatment is terminated due to inappropriate client behaviour, no refund will be provided for the treatment, subject to applicable law.

Travel Fees

Wellness Rituals is a mobile wellness service. Additional travel fees may apply to appointments outside Nice, depending on the location and travel requirements.

Any applicable travel fee will always be communicated to the client before the appointment is confirmed, so there are no unexpected charges.

Health & Contraindications

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist before their appointment of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery, medication or other circumstances that could affect the suitability of the treatment.

The therapist reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where necessary for the client's wellbeing and safety.

Treatment Environment

For appointments provided in a home, hotel, yacht or other private setting, the client must provide an environment that is safe, hygienic and reasonably suitable for the treatment.

The therapist reserves the right to decline or discontinue an appointment if reasonable standards of safety, hygiene or professional conduct are not met.

Privacy & Discretion

Client privacy and discretion are an essential part of the Wellness Rituals experience.

Personal information and details relating to treatments will be treated confidentially. Photographs or videos will never be taken or used for promotional purposes without the client's prior consent.

Scope of Treatment

Wellness Rituals treatments are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes.

Treatments do not constitute medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or replace advice or treatment from a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified healthcare professional.

Acceptance of Policy

By confirming an appointment, the client acknowledges having read and accepted the Wellness Rituals Booking & Treatment Policy.
